EMPI has attempted to redefine Management and Social Science R&D to take it beyond the traditional confines of disciplines alone, that have largely focussed on micro quantitative analysis to large impact driven issue based thematic research. This is in tune with the new emerging paradigm of innovation beyond physical, technical invention and focus on inter-disciplinarity and action research.
International Immersion
Since 1995, EMPI has established partnerships with reputed institutions across the globe as it fosters a climate of world-class quality education of international standard and global outreach. Our International Immersion Program is designed to provide PGDM students with invaluable global exposure through both outbound and inbound experiences. This gives the students an opportunity to enhance their cultural understanding and business acumen, preparing students for today’s interconnected world.
Over the years students have been offered a number of exciting outbound opportunities like study abroad for a semester at a partner university, attendingsummer schools, cultural exchange programmes, participationin joint research, projects, overseas internships, international study tours and global volunteer programs.
Also in keeping with its philosophy of internationalization, EMPI offers a number of opportunities for students from across the world through EMPI’s partner institutions to visit EMPI for a number of learning programmes such as international student exchange, seminars, training programmes, study tours, summer schools and internships etc. to gain a once in a lifetime opportunity to discover the unique wonders of India. Through these kind of inbound immersion programmes students get to interact and jointly work with foreign students on campus. Foreign faculty also visit from time to time and take courses, sessionsand projects for students. These programmes helps the students build a strong global network that opens doors to future career opportunities.
