EMPI supports Ministry of Women & Child Development for its Emergency Response Support System (ERSS), an initiative launched jointly by the Union Home Minister Honorable Shri Rajnath Singh and Union Cabinet Minister for Women & Child Development Honorable Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi. It has launched ERSS in order to access and integrate police (100), fire (101) and women (1090) helpline numbers into a single 112 helpline number. The service can be availed by dialing 112 from a user device directly. Women’s safety has been a top priority of EMPI, more so because it is a residential campus. EMPI has been known since its inception to be a safe haven for women. It shall continue its relentless efforts towards ensuring women’s safety, towards the same it shall continue to support all such initiatives by the government.
