HR- Talent Acquisition came for Corporate Connect
Corporate connect was organized for the HR students on 9th of November ’13. Mr. Manish Prasad from Videocon Mobile Phones (UDCL), Gurgaon came for an interaction with the students. Mr. Prasad is an XLRI alumnus, having around 8 years of experience in number of companies. Currently he is with Videocon Mobiles in Talent Acquisition. It was an interactive session where the students asked about the HR functions, real problems and challenges which HR faces in day to day working. He talked about handling of employee relations, trade unions and employee engagement in the organization.
