World Renewable Energy Technology Congress (WRETC)
The Energy and Environment Foundation and EMPI Business School as a Knowledge Partner, supported by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and UNESCO organised the Third World Renewable Energy Technology Congress (WRETC) from 25th to 27th April 2012 at Convention Center, New Delhi. The Congress focused on the theme, “Promoting Renewable Energy: Green Technology for Sustainability”. The Chief Guest for the inaugural session His Excellency Mr. Jamie Nualart, Ambassador, Embassy of Mexico in India, inaugurated the congress. The Chief Guest also released the background paper of the World Renewable Energy Technology Congress prepared by EMPI Business School as Knowledge Partner. More than 300 delegates from India and abroad, including Senior Government officials, Top executives from the corporate, Policy makers, academicians and students participated in the Conference.
