A memorial meeting of late Prof. S.P. Verma, Senior Director & Dean - Emeritus (EMPI) was held at the EMPI campus to pay tributes to the great academician and institution builder who built three institutions, the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) for training of IAS Officers, IGNOU and EMPI. Prof. Verma, a fullbright scholar who did his PhD. from the University of Illinois, was the founder Director of EMPI.
